I have been desperately trying to make my butt bigger this summer because unfortunately it does not run in my genes. This is my typical workout I do twice a week and I have seen TREMENDOUS gains! It takes weeks to see improvement but keep it up and I promise you will get there!
(all of these sets are pretty heavy so try to get up to a heavy weight but where you can still finish the workout!)
Leg press- 4 sets of 10 reps (4x10)
1 leg deadlift - 4x8 each leg
Calf Raises- 4x12
Kettlebell swing- 4x8
Back Squat- (reps depend on weight but sets, I always do atleast 6)
Lunges- 4 sets of 5 each leg.
Fire Hydrants- 100 each leg (can break it up 4x25)
