My leg workout of the day was:
30 minutes cardio -stairmaster & jacobs ladder
4 sets of 10 reps of calf raises
4 sets of 10 reps of leg curls
4 sets of 10 reps of leg press
4 sets of 10 reps of quad extensions
4 sets of squats *reps depend on weight*
200 abs
Recovery drink:
chocolate peanut butter protein shake!
